Maybe they are Teachers and find it hard to give a 100?

Prices are elevated already and all the "teachers" are saying the deals are out there just stay up all night to do research, ignore your family and quit your job to make it happen.  

Geometry is a great (the best I think) teacher of problem solving skills.  

I was an English teacher who had built up a good amount of savings.if you want to rent to them but are unsure get a bigger deposit.

A good fix and flip teacher/mentor in your area should show you how to use a spreadsheet with the cost of supplies and labor rates pre loaded.
