The tenant might scream bloody murder about the place being uninhabitable.

Will you just suck back the fine and scream at your manager when he gets back?

I have not confronted them yet because im not sure what is the right thing to do.These tenants are ALWAYS early (10 days) with the rent, although they do complaint about any little thing (even when visitors ring their bell by mistake) and are not the cleanest. 

Waikiki pulls heavy from Asia, Canada, Australia, and the Western states.During the last recession we saw most visitor statistics drop about 12% for Waikiki.

The tax code is screaming at us to start businesses (including real estate).

Or anything to further that in the design (be it assigned parking, more private entrances, etc) could help.Or another (cheaper) angle is to somehow make the marketing scream triplex/divided home.

More than likely a person with a tattoo on their face won't pass at least one element of the background check, but it's foolish to even think of denying someone with say a tattoo on their bicep or ankle (unless the nature of the tattoo screams don't rent to me). 

Any clicks I get seem to be coming up as visitors directly accessing my site by typing in the web address.  

I'd say the main thing is hard limit on visitors to the building if not on the lease.
