It's not unusual to find your own listings because nobody knows what you like more than yourself and everything is on the internet.

Its already showing signs that something unusual is happening so do be careful 

It is almost unusual for people to receive hand written letters in the mail and that is the main reason they get opened, read and responded to so often. 

Hand address your letters, add a distinctive mark in the return address, use a different color pen or use an unusual font if printing labels.

Quite an unusual situation I must admit!

I never personally took it to the level that someone like Michael Quarles has, but I don't think no calls on 300 letters is unusual at all.

When it comes to probate it's not at all unusual to buy a property at around the 1 year mark.  

If you get 15 to 30 % response that is not just unusual, it is ridiculously successful and you should be ready to take advantage of every single bit of it.
