I'm kind of picky though.Just beware of the clay soils and basements - probably lots of leaky ones and possibly moved foundations.  

My first husband was reported MIA in Vietnam in 1969, and was missing until the war ended in 1973, at which time their helicopter along with their remains were located and  returned home to American soil.

A lot of small towns based upon one large employer have struggled after that employer left US soil.

I think I need to provide a washer/dryer hookup for my tenant but I am scared of the damage to the hardwood floors underneath.

Decades ago when I used carpets when I was still learning this business I would buy cheap carpet and put heavy pad underneath creating a carpet that feels a lot better then it is.

Turns out it has been soil tested and it is a no perc site.

Soooo... bottom line is the buyer pays and tests the soils in their desired location, orientation, and size.

We have issues with expansive soil here.

I was able to save some $$ by pre digging myself to find the line and where the leak was generating from,nar where the soil had standing water at our location, the company sent out a back hoe and finished the job installing a new coupling..
