The 15 year mortgage has the least cashflow but about 10K is being shed off the principal each year and I have a line of credit on it which I used to buy the one that is now paid off.The 30 year has very good cashflow and each year that loan becomes less and less significant each year because of inflation/appreciation.

Coincidentally my bedroom window happened to be about 10 feet above and directly behind where I was lounging in the backyard, overlooking the yard (sometimes I even climbed into and out of my bedroom by getting on top of the storage shed).Apartment living just doesn't compare.

One of those baseline requirements is as follows (I feel like this has come up a lot in the last week, both here and in my IRL practice):So it's unlikely going to be one of those A+ paper jumbo lenders that compete on rate, until/unless you get that property fully rezoned/permitted/etc as a triplex OR remove that third unit (eg, turn it into a work shop, rumpus room, garage, shed, etc... things that you can't bake a cake in or permanently live in).
