@Josh Donlan look at your local or state laws but typically anything more then two adults and one baby per bedroom is too many.

Being under 18, you can't sign legal contracts without an adult (if at all, you'd need to check).

Making sense of make believe markets.In a recent NYT article, writer Melissa Kirsch made the assertion that part of what makes us adults is reconciling the contradictions of our identity.

I have a couple rentals about an hour away and my handyman's adult son does this for me.  

Currently one unit has 3 adults and the other is 2 adults and a child, so any refund/charge is split evenly.
