14 Years Old. Want to Wholesale.

Hey All,

I am 14 years old and am starting to learn wholesaling. Is it possible for me to wholesale under 18? I really want to get into Real Estate young. Also, is anyone willing to mentor me throughout this process and teach me the ins and outs? I am willing to put in the work that comes with it. Thanks!

Focus on school, focus on the things you need to be. Being under 18, you can't sign legal contracts without an adult (if at all, you'd need to check). None of this is legal advice, but if real estate is your game - then spend the next 4-5 years learning real estate. Find a wholesaler and offer to do office work for them. Find a property management company and offer to do something for them - start free at first if you can't find paid work and show them your worth. Just tell them you want to learn.
