Why are you going hard money and private to begin with credit, income, SE?

You might consider converting your LLC to an S-corp to save on SE taxes if the amounts coming to you as the GP are substantial.

I don't believe there's a list of "probate properties" per se. finding probate properties requires you to dig deeper with your research. you can always call realtors and ask if they have any probate properties. and look in the obituaries. or find death certificates by checking with the state department of public health and town vital records. then go to the probate court website for the specific town and type in the name. you might see if they owned any property. it's a lengthy process but one that could pay off. good luck!

Quick question for you all - in the following counties in SE PA, is it possible to find 1.5+% properties (1-4plex) in A and B neighborhoods?

Any other business and you’d be paying SE taxes on profits.

Detroit has changed by leaps and bounds over the past decade, but the only ones that really appreciate it are the locals...and by that I mean those living in Michigan...specifically SE Michigan.
