It definitely has grown over the last decade. 

Anytime you see grown men cruising around on BMX bikes that are too small for them you are in a meth area.

I finally got an attorney and filed the action.. as I had 40k large at stake and this was a hoarder house extreme. you could not even see the house berries had grown all the way over it.. and there was over 60k in code violations.long story short 2 years later 20k in legal fees judge orders her to sell to us and she still wont sign.. title company makes me amend our order that takes another 2 months then we closed.Also I had to put up the entire amount of the purchase price in CASH into escrow on the date we were suppose to close it sat there for over 2 years and we are talking low 6 figures.. 

When there were visitors he would offer home grown tomatoes.

As much as we have grown, the area is still rural and we struggle a bit with workforce development. 

One property in the Dallas area has been refinanced into a lower rate and has grown a little bit in equity.

@Lance Card I invest personally in South Carolina & with Boeing along with other big companies such as AUDI moving huge portions of their manufacturing to our humble state we have grown tremendously in the last few years.

Sometimes the tenants will take the curtains when they leave (and the rods because they don't actually REMOVE the curtains from the rods but just yank them down) but you can buy replacement rods for a dollar or two.Gail

I was going to tell you not to get discouraged if things are hard or don't go well... but I'm the kind of person that doesn't believe stuff like that needs to be said to a grown man.

I was a little disappointed to see that the population hasn't really grown in the Poughkeepsie area and that the job market/economy seemed a little down.
