I've seen a few reports that look at the average returns in certain cities or zip codes, perhaps you can shed some light on the market with the large outliers and a wide distribution (where a small subset of properties outperform the average significantly) for those of us hunting diamonds in the rough.

And large financial instututions are shedding employees, nearly 17,000 across Wells Fargo, Bank of America, and Citi (Reuters).
