Zillow always yields 2-3 inquires per day. We listed 7 days ago, 0 inquires. Wrong?

Hi,

Wondering what we are doing wrong.  We listed our property on zillow, even paid the $30 for premium and we have 0 leads, 0 contacts, 0 emails.  For 7 days we have nothing.

Went to the neighbors house and were able to see it on their computer.

Used my work pc at work to ask a question, that worked.

It has never been this dead.  We have not changed the rent rate from 6 months ago.  The current tenants are leaving with a military out.

Can't help but think we are not doing something right this time with Zillow.

We had a 2yr tenant move out that was paying $1850.   Until we dropped the rent to $1650 we had no real interest, at least from the qualified.

That was last July.  You're dealing with the slow season and general high rent fatigue.  Drop the rent if you can @Cali Skier .
