I'm a good student and willing to do whatever it takes to succeed as long as it's moral and legal.

Everyone has to decide if they are running a business or taking a moral stand.

a bottle of whiskey to my father law, a bunch of sweat and blood, and becoming the guy that paid the highschool kid who needed money ( used to be me ) good money for an easy job . moral of that story is i saved 5 to 8 thousand dollars,***** if quotes were right i have no idea****.

Moral of the story:  If you can get yourself in a position to buy something quick and aggressive using cash (admittedly easier said then done -- maybe F&F? 

I believed and expected Roofstock to possess a sense of honor, integrity, decency, and abide by a set of moral and ethical rules.

The morale of her story was: "Nobody cares how much you know, until they know how much you care. . . ."

She had an appraiser tell her to her face that they thought it was their, "moral duty" to appraise low to slow appreciation.I also had an appraiser come in 11% low because they lived in the neighborhood and didn't think it should sell that high.AND, they really seem to hate any profit. 

Partly this is a personal moral question. 

The moral to this story is that I believe many lenders will expedite short sales when probate is involved.I’ll keep you all posted on my progress once the house gets completed.
