Max Householder I've seen the price of Minneapolis and the surrounding area go up over the last couple years pretty dramatically, but with that said there are such good economic factors that I totally agree Minneapolis is a great investor city for anyone trying to create a long term rental portfolio!

In CA, a unit that rents for $600 a month would likely be a dump, in a bad area, and no amenities, but in a place like OH, it would be a regular blue collar neighborhood, hence price has nothing to do with it as values of property change dramatically depending on geography.The actual factors that impact a class of property is: Age, location, amenities, and condition.
