I am butting heads with my cleaner way too often and I think it might be time that we part ways.

(sometimes I do required they pay to have it cleaned at least 1 x mo) - my cleaner reports everything to me :)  Assuming doctors and nurses will be clean - wrong.   

And may also have recommendations for contractors, handymen, cleaners etc that you will need. 

You can also self manage if the property is close to you and you’d need a team of cleaners and handymen which you can find through Angie’s List or Facebook forums

I have had great cleaners who make sure things are good to go and I have a handyman ready to take car of anything that crops up.Just make sure you have those systems in place and you will be fine.

So it happens & it takes a formula of a well-appointed home, good marketing, reliable maintenance & impeccable cleaners. 

I recommend being clear about what you include and what you exclude, and having multiple cleaners you can call to help with turnovers, and putting all mattresses in moisture and bug-proof mattress bags.

I wanted to see if anyone can recommend local cleaners in the area that we might be able to hire for regular cleaning of the property.Much appreciated!

I wait until the cleaners are done, because I don't want them working in a hot house.
