In Search of Cleaning Team for Airbnb in Davenport, FL

Hi all!! I am butting heads with my cleaner way too often and I think it might be time that we part ways. Does anyone have a cleaner that they recommend in the Davenport/Kissimmee area in Florida? I have 2 houses that are both 5 bedrooms.
