In our society, we don't think it is ok to intend to take advantage of someone or a company...even if it is technically not illegal.In this case, people are taking advantage of the broken foreclosure system in an underhanded way.

In theory a shift to a buyers market means buyers have a reason to not buy whether its perception or real reasons (job market, economy, interest rates) If buyers aren't buying they still need somewhere to live so they will still be renting even at a lower rate.

There are pockets in most zip codes of Memphis that are not so called "war zones" I understand my perception of a war zone is different from everyone that will commit on this forum post which is fine.

Your faith in certain sectors of society is fascinating, naive but fascinating!
