@Zack Parkins  Kitsap is a good  idea ...Bremerton  has  some older  worn  properties  that might be  possible ...Port orchard is seeing a large growth  curve and alot of entry level  buiding is happening there ...if you get  any more remote than the   towns / cities - the  proeprties might be tough to  find  decent  renters for

I like what I see with the downtown rejuvenation and what they are doing around the port to bring jobs.

You might also want to stay at one just to see how it all works.We've stayed at a few and for toilets, they either used a port-o-john, and had a commercial service come and empty it before we arrived or a composting toilet.
