Ran the mile in 4.38/42 consistantly, 440 in .46/48, won regional swimming meets and was a cycling road racer in 67 Pan Am games in Winnepeg.

I doubt it would slam into the regular round meter pan, and if I have to have a new meter pan wired in and deal with all the permits and electrician bill, it would really have to be worth it.

I did it myself for less then $600 including 3 flex hoses 18" stand, pan and pulling the permit.

Funny fact, many many many moons ago, my 2 brothers and I took a road trip through the Pacific Northwest.

Sure it could appreciate in value and pan out to be a great deal down the road someday , but it might not and then you could really be in a pickle and with no cash flow and your capital time and effort are in vain .
