If you're considering getting into PM when you retire, the stars might just align, because I plan to have a healthy number of doors and a need for a satellite office in the Springs. 

To respond to the other comments, I have thought of doing a star wars theme even bought some stuff for it but after analyzing the deal even with a daily rent of $300 it just doesn't seem worth it to me.

We have all 5 stars on both AirBNB and VRBO.

We do have 5 stars and 4.9 stars respectively.

Just an FYI, and I have not worked with them but I am in the process of vetting TK companies all over the US, but Alpine Property Management has a 1.4 Star rating on Google reviews with 47 reviews.  

For the sake of the host I hope you do cancel because it sounds like you’re already fired up for a 3 star review and you haven’t even seen it yet and that’s just not fair.

Co Star is great.

For this particular cabin rental it is a cabin with 165 five star reviews.
