Drew - thanks for the  post  .....as  mentioned in earlier post  -  going min down  on primary  residence  will likely be  wisest / easiest  route to  take for  your  1st investment .....If you haven't  already  done  so -  get   fully   pre approved in the state  you think you will  be  looking to buy  as  without the  loan  commitment  being in place - all the other ideas  are  worthless ...thanks
