One of the places I stayed on the trip did have a shower head and plumbing on the wall, but no tub or shower stall, just a drain in the middle of the floor and a shower curtain, presumably to protect the rest of the room which included a commode and a wash basin.

My suggestion, especially if you have capital, is to pick two of these that most apply to you. do the interactive one that most applies to you (Probably the Real Estate Rookie)    And then do the self guided one that next most applies (probably the house hacking one or rookie landlord one)  I have never gone through one of these but I presume it will be helpful for you.

These laws are designed to protect the public because it is presumed that someone in the business of dealing in real estate will have an unfair advantage over someone who sells perhaps one or two properties in a lifetime.I have a current, real life scenario where a young couple was about to get screwed HARD.I received a sales lead from a buyer who wanted to go to see a home.
