I don't add in fluff, I just think that's how much it takes to adequately explain the topics at hand.My number two piece of advice is: be patient and persistent.

You have to persist until you find it.

I don't blame him for trying.....whether he is persistent in pressing the issue is another story...!

If you do not stay persistent you will leave money on the table.  

thanks guys n gals yep the lease agreement in this instance that she just signed says leased premises are for residential use not business use.. her argument is occasional client visits to her home are normal in her profession.we are still sticking to the presiding reasoning that disclosing the owner's SS# isn't warranted as the lease prohibits business use, thanks but she is being persistent and threatened to petition IRS that our owner's rent roll should be 'audited'! 

It's been an exercise patience and persistence for sure.

Both are now completed thankfully for persistence.

Since this guy is persistent, the first thing that comes to mind is that you don't want to be reported as being discriminatory (if that applies).
