You might not find one in Akron to carpool with, but maybe you can pair up with somebody along the way to keep down your gas consumption (and subsequent wear and tear, fluid changes, tires, etc.).

I already know I'm a loser and a failure in life, and I don't have children that I have a moral obligation to provide for as best I can. 

I don't see grocery stores giving their food away for free but the bleeding hearts think landlords have a moral obligation to do so.

The consumption of the marketing could appear foolish and misleading to the savvy educated investor.

A large majority of us all have similar moral beliefs, just different approaches to achieve it.Where I think this councilwoman was going, and unfortunately, failed to achieve her initial desires, is to avoid putting at-risk families on the street with no recourse.

Just in case you didn't know - that's not my target demographic.This isn't a moral issue for me (although a few of you are trying to make it that) - it's a lease enforcement and liability issue.

Moral of the story - develop skill and add real value to people and you don't have to live in fear of your words and actions. 

The moral of this story is that REI do not get rich with cash flow, but use equity wisely to increase their cash flow.

On top of that, disclosing to the seller that your cash offer is less than market value and that they could list with an agent on the MLS and likely receive a higher offer would be prudent, morally correct, and ethical, likely keeping you our of a court room.Double closing means you have two closing fees, borrowed funds fees, and your wholesale fee.
