The worst is if your area never bounces back or is the slowest to bounce back after the economy rebounds, you are not guaranteed of that spring effect that will normalize things as quickly as you had hoped.

He is very successful and has provided some guidance for me to get started and will be a great resource as well as bigger pockets to bounce ideas off of and learn as I go.Thank you for a great website and I look forward to meeting more people in my area.

I recently listened to a BP podcast where the gentleman in it shared his story about how he bounced back from a 10 year stint in prison.

Agreed Steve going to take a little while for the new reality to sink in.. then I feel it will bounce back once folks adjust.everyone cried it from the mountain that these rates we enjoy last few years could not last and expect them to go up..

Bouncing off of what the previous poster said, why sell, also evaluate that.

Also, they are more inclined to pay by credit card which helps protect you from bounced checks or late payments.

This is one of my large concerns about the 4/2 size...In all likelihood, we will keep the 4/2 & 4/2 combination, as the finishes and capex will be lower, allowing us to move out more quickly.It's nice to have someone to bounce these thoughts off of!!!
