There are requirements that some debris must be in approved containers under the supervision of licensed contractors (even in the approved container is two plastic trash bags in a cardboard box with taped seals).If you have a house/structure to get rid of out in a rural area, your local fire department may solve most of your problem with a training exercise burning it down.

A great strategy with stink is to put the piece of carpet in a sealed plastic bag, if the judge questions the need to replace offer to let them smell it.

We still endeavour to collect the rent during the course of the month, so we are not left holding the bag, if they leave the place filthy or damaged - given their security deposit has already been consumed.I wouldn't bother starting the eviction process at this point it will only add costs.

At this point I'm hoping they get the hint and leave me alone.Funny thing is, when I mentioned this on reddit, all the $12 an hour people started attacking me for being successful, calling me a douche bag who is pretentious, and siding with the person that tried to insult me but just really insulted herself...lol.They don't even understand what pretentious is (pretending to be something you are not).
