This new building is a good compliment to the larger one so, I am using her along with the same maintenance people to handle it. 

Although this is not a spec house or custom build for a client, I am using this opportunity to prepare for starting an energy efficient home design/building company.  

I'm sure this is something that will vary by city, but generally speaking, where does one look to find out where the next public transit system will be built, where the new Mercedes factory will be, and the like (stadiums, amusement parks, etc)?

The time line for the rehab was pushed back due to the windows I am using.  

He can turn it into an amusement park if he wants, if there's no zoning preventing it, and you'll just have to drive through the amusement park to get to your house.
