Am I the only one who would consider buying an island  someplace warm, Belize to Phillipines $100-$200kBuild a small hut and hammock on beach $25k, maybe $50k if I wanna be fancy.Buy a local distillery $100 kSpend a couple months drinking on the beach until I get rested, bored or liver fails.

The drinks and the dinner will be long forgotten, but some nice artwork framed and on the wall will last for a very long time.

Warren famously said he bought up as much Coca-Cola as he could because he realized that if they raised prices a single penny across the board, it would mean millions in additional profits - also because he predicts people will continue to drink Coke for a long time to come.So no, I don't invest in the stock market, but one type of company I might invest in today (or a couple months from now - lol) would be a company that produces fiber optic cable.

The natural / nature made version noone has ever overdosed on it or died from it(marijuana alone that is - if its mixed with other drugs/alcohol those are the disruptive toxins that can kill...) however this gets a thumbs down.  

It's just one more thing to worry about besides alcohol and other drugs to monitor.

We are having some problems with a contractor who had employees working for him that caused material damage by starting an electrical fire and then threw water on it which made it worse and our tenants said they were drinking on the job as well..

As a direct spray I do like using rubbing alcohol ( high alcohol content) in a spray bottle , a little more natural  and tolerant then store sprays 

Apparently, he has a drinking problem that has recently manifested itself.Account Closed As I stated in above in this same reply, the police don't appear to be any help, since they're not satisfied, apparently, that it's risen to the threshold of their involvement.  

I would definitely have a "no parties" policy, because alcohol and lots of people is a recipe for disaster.
