Some of our clients use a land trust for some privacy in addition to the LLC.

I let a fence installer work through my backyard on a neighbors project and when it was all done they had replaced a chainlink fence with a wood privacy fence but inside the lot line ...leaving cut off metal posts sticking up 2” on my side but not on my property.

If I could have more privacy in my next deal, I will certainly aim for that.

That-being-said, gated communities do offer additional privacy that may be of importance to you.

Almost all of the useable outdoor space is between the front of the house and the street, so I want (actually need) to create privacy in the front yard from the street. 

And, what about privacy?

Trusts, from what I understand the law grants all property owners to transfer into a trust and no lender or other entity can legally stop you, or have repercussion if yo do. keep in mind Trusts only provides privacy and possible estate planning aspects, never asset protection.
