There is a petrochemical refinery and fertilizer plant here. 

I didn't plant the tree, it may have been done by the developer.

Melaleuca should not have been planted in a small yard.

No shelves, TVs, plant hangers in the ceiling, etc.

Some areas in East Tampa are good and maybe Plant City.

Outside of that aspect there are a lot of new jobs such as the GE plant that draw "young professionals".I can't imagine you would ever have a problem renting a nice duplex in Waukesha.

A few of the manufacturing plants actually bus works from Malone to plattsburgh.

Jacksonville is where they have plant their flag and as such, they know all aspects of the Jacksonville market. 

I believe there's something truly magical about creating a space from scratch, where every brick laid and every tree planted carries the promise of a new beginning for everyone. 

And than I explained, how old is the roof, the entry systems, unit cabinets, flooring, asphalt, heating plants, water heaters, all the component's that are necessary to generate revenue and that have life spans, that wear out, where are they at in there life span?????
