Hi @Mario Jay I don't know anything about mudjacking but I have heard from a few different people that theres a bit of a concrete shortage in the Chicago Land area due to all of the major construction going on with the roads.

Bottom line real estate in the right atmosphere will do extremely well, why 11 rate hikes and eventually the fed will cut rates and big problem shortage on apartments in America millions units....FYI: leverage game 1 million in my opinion will double maybe triple 7-10 years due to supply demand maybe that's why Warren Buffett just bought home builders....right??

I think westerly can be a bit pricey considering the deals you can find in surrounding areas but you should have no shortage of qualified tenants or buyers for your next project.There is a local meetup towards the end of each month in the Waterford/East Lyme area that you should consider attending.
