For example two trainees are sharing a tuff shed that someone converted into a loft like studio.

Love to hear your feedback on this, and if someone who is more familiar with how Fort Bragg may be operated in full scale war time is able to shed more light on this topic that would be appreciated. 

Maybe a duplex/triplex long term and a small ADU or even the popular  "tiny homes"/fancy sheds lol as a STR to generate extra income w/ a crazy return.

Is there a market for people who want to sleep in sheds?

I grew up in Hawthorne and could shed some light to school districts (there are 2) and the neighborhood.

The little sheds are kinda funny.

Usually when I do the search, sequim and port townsend come up a lot but I was wondering if the locals can shed some light on other towns around the peninsula that have more mountain/lake town feel (i.e cabins ?).

@Matt FreyThe sections to which you refer are for replacement property ... most of the section is aimed at operational businesses which need to replace a facility (office, warehouse, factory) ... it is very rare that can you leverage them for investment properties - @Paul MacInnis may be able to shed some light as he's been exploring this section of the Income Tax act w/r to a property lost to fire.There is no equivalent to the the U.S.A.
