Don't just go by the labels in the circuit panel as they are quite often mislabeled.  

I've actually spoken on panels with folks from Patch of Land and they've been in business for a few years.

But that premium is worth the ease of operation if you aren't having to replace a roof for 15 years, or put in a new HVAC system or electric panel. 

and my other X I did take the deduction in previous years.. my plan is to sell my first X when the truck comes out I will give the new X I am bought to my wife and I will drive the truck.I am going to talk to my architect on garage depths for all those folks that own these big trucks will be a bonus if my new builds can house these beasts.. so you go solar roof  solar panel.. and Tesla vehicle and never pay for energy for house and gas for car.. for a two vehicle family this could save 1000 to 1500 per month  easy..  

I’ve added solar panels to increase the value of the home along with flooring and cosmetic renovations. 

I did take pictures of all the plumbing that was exposed from below the toilet and behind the access panel.

The electrical panel is new and already there.

We are considering adding solar panels which will cost me nothing for the panels but need to sign a 25 year contract with the solar company.

Has anyone considered adding solar panels in a rehab project?

I was reading a BP article a little while ago that mentioned purchasing and installing solar panels on your multi’s to be able to charge tenants for power, as well as being able to sell that power back to the company if it is not all used in the form of credits.What have your experiences been with solar panels?
