I've not seen a dishwasher pan before,  but once tried to modify a 24" pan for an apartment washer to use under a dishwasher (marginal success).

While you avoided the restriction, it seems generically the remedies that may be available to you will place you in violation of the restriction moving forward.So obtaining a second lien for the rehab funds or even modifying the loan documents to comply with the spirit of the loan you thought you were getting don't seem like viable options.
