Lose the property, get $0 and ruined credit.not really list it with a good broker sell it in 3 days for 100k or better.. no rationalizing how you guys cream peoples equity.. it is what it is we all do it.. myself included.. just depends.. on how you got the deal.. if its MLS or agent brings it to me.. then I pay whatever.I mean I have bought properties that agents listed and they had no clue as to the timber value..

Since they have no incentive to save they will enjoy coming home from work to an ice box in the middle of summer.Having them place a lien on the property because of unpaid utilities is common.

Keep going step by step until you have the deal under wraps and you'll find that you've not only broken the ice, but avoided some of the distractions that come when you're starting out and maybe even some of the stress.

The problem with the refrigerator is that the ice maker inside is shorted out, and where the ground wire is on the frig; it is all black around it, like the electricity arched.
