Hi, my name is Miriam Bridges.  My husband and I live in Justin, TX (down the road from the Texas Motor Speedway).  We are new to the world of real estate investing.  Our long-term goal is to buy-and-hold.  Currently we are trying to learn as much as we can and figure out which other strategies might also help us along the way.  We've done alot of driving for dollars in our area and are working on contacting owners of vacant properties.
