This site has been a genuinely positive influence for both old and new.  

If you can make them feel genuinely appreciated, you will very surprised at how much most people will be willing to help you.

'or what to say when the client says this or what to say when they come up with this objection..If you can glean just one or two phrases that you like and sound genuine when you deliver them ( as it they are your style) it helps you tremendously.

Good to know it's not the same guy, as the one I'm referring to has usually been a genuine player, but thought maybe he was steering  people in wrong directions now.  

Take a genuine interest in the seller and get to know them on a personal level before you start digging hard core into real estate.

I absolutely support networking with realtors, I just genuinely did not understand what role a realtor specifically has in a wholesale transaction.

It feels like I'm being "talked down to" by someone who thinks I'm too dumb to figure out that it's not a genuine handwritten letter.

And in THIS case I genuinely believe (KNOW) that a neat credible professional typed letter with company letterhead, a local number, a picture of the person they are dealing with will do a LOT more for credibility and this weird letter "a stranger" wrote me wanting to buy my house in cash...
