Used to be the scary area, and is now a cute artsy area with increasing house values, it's own vibe and art scene, etc.

& I don't want to make this woman feel as if I'm providing her nothing for her house...

I was looking at a cute updated (potential buy and hold ) cottage house...however the location was simply awful as the house backed up to low income apartments and the railroad tracks were one block away...the listing agent said there " were multiple offers" so I did not even bother to chase it and now it is back on the market and she has raised the original asking price by $10,000 !

If you do nothing else in real estate, you will have succeeded by getting into a fourplex as a young man or woman with only 3.5% down.  

We did select someone that normally would not be our first choice but we took 2 young woman sharing the apartment.  

I joined because I needed something to make me do one thing for more than two years, and I met the most beautiful woman in the world and was going to make her my bride, got to feed her.

(It also helped that some woman working at a scrapyard weigh station was arrested by our Sheriffs Department for mis-weighing certain customers.

Great book but obvious.Think of it like a man doesn't understand how a woman thinks.
