Not sure if there are those types of facilities in Dallas or not, but I often hear of patients travelling to MD Anderson in Houston, Mayo Clinic in MN, and Cleveland Clinic for long periods of time for long treatment periods. 

It took a while to find the right contractor for the right price and right quality of work but after many trials we were able to do so.

You could read 100 books and still not know enough because certain things must be learned through trial and error.

I recommend using beyond for the free trial or maybe a month after but unless you’re running 30 doors and looking for efficiency, your best bet is studying your neighbors and learning with time. 

Both were grad students at ASU, one wanted to rent with three other grad students; the other was renting alone, with the lease co signed by her father, an MD who owned three emergency medical clinics in Michigan, and willing to pay in advance on a 9 month lease.

I'd love to see a show with newbies who are learning through trial and error.

I wouldn't focus on how much money you are giving up in the partnership (honestly if structured correctly you would actually make more than you would by not partnering) rather focus on learning how to do the business faster which will make you exponentially more money in the long run than you would if you tried to go the long route by learning through trial and error.
