You should go to the closest REIA meeting and meet others in your area whom you can affiliate with? 

Banks don't take stock as collateral as they may not hold stock except in qualified banking institutions of affiliates.

Try to find an agent with an affiliate contractor or do the leg work yourself to choose a licensed GC....you won't have much of a window for remedy, so you need a scope of work drafted quickly to make your final "go, no-go" decision.

I have no affiliation with LendingHome, I just like their online pre-approval process.

I have no affiliation with her but am just starting a  seller financed sale in IA and plan to use her for that transaction.
