As Silvio stated above, if you intend to sell the property soon, your pole is already in the water, why stop fishing now?

I am a small fish in a very big pond haha. 

Yet I don't think they considered it was on a pristine stocked fishing river bordering a state park as there is nothing comparable for these features. 

As for posting in this thread, the geographic areas are not exclusively for those locals, anyone can reach out to others for any reason.Teach someone to fish, they can take care of themselves. :)   

PS this person who called you is probably fishing I would not do this for them without compensation.. usually 50 to 150 dollars for a BPO...

We live in very rural area, but we are also around 5 miles from a man-made lake that is a popular vacation destination for water sports, fishing, rock climbing, and hiking.
