Soil samples are generally not performed for a phase 2 unless there is reason from a phase one reports finding to do so.

since they said there were no USTs they signed the contract.  9 USTs were buried on the property and were removed as well as soil all paid for by the seller!

There were areas that they the main crossed the sidewalk as well as the street but they were able to tunnel underneath both to lay the sewer line.
