There are definitely rules and deadlines about when and how to serve your counterclaim, but two first-class mail stamps are all you need (one to send it to the plaintiff or his attorney, and the other to send it to the court).    

Some of us traditional lenders have found brokered/wholesale sources that are getting MBSs containing HML-like loans stamped AAA++, and selling them on Wall Street (letting income of the property take the place of any personal income documentation requirements, etc).

One thing I did not mention is that the keys are stamped with DO NOT DUPLICATE on them and are commercial looking keys.

@Gene Chen you can usually call the clerk of the court in your county to see if there would be doc stamps on the transfer.  

I then went to office depot and I faxed that letter to the buyers broker and I have the fax time stamp.
