Apparently, to get started you’ll need lots of paper bags.

Even if the borrower pays off the loan after a few years (refi or sells) then you have a good chance of needing to come up with cash to be able to pay off the underlying loan.I see this strategy as a huge opportunity for scammers to leave their buyer's holding the bag on a property they think they now own but that's in fact still mortgaged.

From the investors I've met in town, it's a fairly mixed bag.

I initially provided all paper products, spices, soaps to refill the soap dispensers, plastic storage and garbag bags, etc. .

A typical tenant of a 2BR apartment has enough garbage to fit in a small plastic bag for half a week.

What was in the trash bag, did you have to contact Airbnb, and did you have to fine them for bringing in a dog or smoking? 

The prices are still low, but the cat is sort of out of the bag.
