Don't get me wrong, I'm grateful that my job pays my bills and helps pay for my marketing. 

I'm grateful for the opportunity to experience the ups & downs of life so I understand that they both can come in abundance depending on your decisions.

The buyer and his wife moved in to the house and were grateful to get a house in this exclusive neighborhood for a fraction of what it would have cost buying it retail.

So if someone could help me before my head explodes I would really be grateful.
