I've seen too many people all excited with a head full of ideas about complicated schemes, but unable to just buy a property.I recommend coaching only for people who have actually gotten their feet wet, know what their goals are, and want to take their business to the next level or specialize in a specific strategy.No amount of classroom hype can compare to the guttural experience of closing a deal.  

Not a huge deal in the grand scheme but something you want to know as you analyze the deal. 

And I totally understand knowledge cost but if you go to one and actually see the BS about pay for our equity analisys software that don’t do anything you can’t do yourself you will quickly realize this is a money making scheme and nothing else.

And I know for sure OHIO has cracked down on the wholesalers methods and FLA.So I suppose its just your SOP  if you don't advertise you don't describe the house or any features of it and Hey I got this contract.But the other point is granted assignments are done all the time but when you have a scheme that 100% of what you do is direct mail tie up a property put it on your website advertise it in the exact same manner a broker does.. and just assign it and make an assignment fee or marketing fee or whatever you call it and I see it on many of the huds on deals I fund.. their position is if it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck it must be a duck..

This black and white paint scheme.Black roof and upper rim and ghost white everything else.I seen this in Austin in a rather heavy "Spray Paint" area, and these paint schemes really pop out.Does anyone know what this paint scheme means (if anything)?
