My assumption is that interest rates are increasing much more quickly than the market can react--there's probably going to be a delay between rates increasing, and prices dropping. ...it might take sellers several months to realize the realities of the market, and adjust their prices accordingly. ...but, nobody knows the future--we'll just have to wait and see...
