Ironically, it came out to almost the same as what I currently pay.

And they have a very nice and easy to use investment wizard that ask you about your investment preferences and ironically put you in the funds that it claims matches you the best.On the opposite side, I'm not really sure how great that wizard is, beyond being very slick and easy to use.

Yeah, I remember when I was looking there for a property for my family, this was 2012, maybe it is different now ... anyhow, I remember distinctly it was an old historic home ... ironically it just sold again (zillow 324 W 10th st) ... the property was beat up but beautiful, which pretty much matched the description of most of the block.
