UNLESSThe programming of the login is sophisticated enough to locate your IP address location and sees a new login 100 miles away 5 mins later from a different device and IP.

Hi all,I currently have 65% equity on my current home, my wife and I are buying a new home (closing tomorrow actually) and haven't seen much traction on selling our current house, been on the market for 3wks now and no offers.

If you come back requesting adjustments for problems that would have been obvious on a casual walk through of the house you're not likely to get much traction when requesting a price reduction.  

So many stolen devices out there.

I second Brian's suggestion to start attending local meetup groups and/or the Traction REIA.  

I will look into the Traction group as well.  

Seller is not gong to do anything.Insurance is high $2400/ year  taxes $3800/yearGas$65/m Trash $50/m Water $75/m Septic pumping $340/ year or less Electric $150/m The electric to me seem very high since there is no A/C and no Major power consuming device.

Traction REIA holds meetings in Tysons but I believe there is always selling.  

Even if you can't get any traction on a short sale at this stage, if you are talking to the borrower, you have a tremendous advantage by being able to get inside and inspect the property.
