i mean its one thing to occasionally steer folks from away from one demographic or another in choice of words verbally from time to time, as it would be hard to document in a violation claim.but how would one get out of a violation claim based on their principal 'document' itself?!

Hey Josh, i've analysed quite a few small MF properties in Vegas over the last two years, if you've read previous posts you will know most onvestors steer clear of the triplex / 4plexes that are for sale close to downtown and in the NE - which is where the majority of those properties for sale are located.

If you haven't run across it yet, the Bigger Pockets podcast is very entertaining and informative.I don't have much experience in Fall River or Swansea but I believe there is at least one real estate group in that area; if you can't find it PM me and I can connect you with a friend who owns and manages several Fall River properties who can probably steer you in the right direction.Portsmouth can be pricey but if you can find something that works it's a great area and I don't know that a lot of people are actively looking there (which is nice).
