Id really like to buy a second rental property this year, but it seems like traditional financing isn't going to be an option.Thanks MatthewHere are a couple of observations. 

Plus we bought the property short sale and had been in the property multiple times in the year and a half it took the short sale to close and observed the furnace working just fine.  

You and others raised red flags about the Conwills past REI dealings (prior to BIP), and I passed on what I observed and learned to Matt Bowles, managing partner of Maverick.

But here's the challenge, try to support your picks using actual facts and data (NOTE: if you must rely on observation then that's fine, but only as a last resort... observation meaning "I've seen a bunch of XYZ happening, etc, etc, etc"). 

Definitely not a scientific observation!

Hi, I attended my first delinquent property tax auction today at a small town in Connecticut.It was an interesting experience to just observe.

I guess my post was more of a musing/observation.

@Austin Wolff,We've been doing a lot of deals in these areas and are observing similar trajectories as the census data.
